Terms and Conditions for Zippee

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zippee mobile application and related services provided by Zippee, LLC (“Zippee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zippee is a restroom locator app designed to help users find and access nearby restrooms. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To use certain features (like unlocking restroom access), you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zippee. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Zippee may charge a small fee to unlock restrooms. Payment is made through third-party processors, and you agree to their terms when making a purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Zippee is not responsible for conditions of third-party restrooms. Refunds will only be issued for technical issues directly related to the app’s functionality.
To function properly, the app requires access to your device’s location. By using the app, you consent to the use of your location to display nearby restrooms.

Restrooms available through Zippee are provided by third-party businesses. Zippee does not guarantee cleanliness, availability, or access at any particular location. Passcodes and access instructions are provided as a service, and users must respect the property of participating businesses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
The app is provided “as is.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or functionality. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zippee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any legal disputes must be filed in a court located in Oregon.
